Greek Yogurt Butter Chicken

A high protein take on traditional butter chicken using Greek yogurt with spices to marinade the chicken and then cook it in a "butter sauce" using 100% grass-fed ghee along with ginger and garlic. The butter chicken is served on top of your choice of brown rice or protein rice.
